I would rather make a checkable call that occasionally misses than offer commentary safe enough to be worthless. No serious practitioner claims perfect accuracy, and anyone who does should worry you more than I do.

Calls go on record, dated, and your audience can check them later. That is more useful to you than a guest who only explains what already happened.

You are lending me your audience. Selling to them would be a poor way to repay that, and it makes for bad listening. If people want to find me afterwards, they will.

If a format needs a guest who will frighten your audience for the ratings, this is the wrong guest — and that is exactly why serious channels book him.

For a breaking geopolitical story, short notice is usually workable. Tell the desk what you need and you will get a straight yes or no quickly.

A television panel is whatever your running order allows. A podcast works well anywhere between sixty and a hundred and twenty minutes. A keynote is usually forty-five minutes with fifteen for questions, though that is flexible.
