Retainer Advisory
One strategic advisor, with no stake in your answer, available when the decision is live.
Limited clients, by invitation only
The call comes on a Tuesday
A target is in play. A regulator signals. A partner gives you forty-eight hours.
You want one honest read before you respond — and your session was in January.
So you decide alone. Again.

One session a year reviews a life.
It cannot run a group.
Non-retainer clients take one consultation per year. That policy exists to protect the depth of each reading, and it works well for someone taking stock.
It does not work for a business that moves weekly.
The decisions that make and lose the most money arrive with no notice, and those are precisely the ones taken without counsel. It compounds — each unadvised decision sets up the next, and by the time your annual session comes round you are explaining a situation you would never have been in.
The gap is not knowledge. It is availability at the moment the decision is live.
What a retainer actually changes
A question raised today is answered today
A live question gets a considered response within four to twenty-four hours, depending on the scope of your arrangement. The takeover, the hire, the announcement date, the trip — checked before you commit, rather than explained afterwards.
You have my direct number
This is the only arrangement in which you do. No helpdesk, no queue, no intermediary deciding what reaches me.
It exists for two reasons. Speed, when something is moving. And confidentiality, when the matter is one you would not put through anyone else's hands.
WhatsApp, email, or the phone
Whichever suits the moment. Some questions need a written answer you can act on. Others need ten minutes on a call.
Continuity
I already hold your charts, your history and your family's. Nothing is re-explained, and the person watching your daśā across years is the one most likely to catch the turn before you feel it.
What can sit inside the scope
Scope is agreed at the outset and it varies widely. Commonly included:
- Strategy sessions through the year, scheduled and unscheduled
- Muhūrta on demand — signings, announcements, launches, filings, travel, surgery, handovers
- The whole household — spouse, children, successors, and the charts of the companies themselves if scoped
- Counterparty and country reads before capital crosses a border or a partnership is signed
- Remedies performed by the in-house team of priests, rather than prescribed for you to arrange
- Presence — board meetings, family meetings and site visits, where the matter warrants it
Vedic Vastu across a portfolio
Most people at this level are not managing one property.
There is a home, an office, a factory or a warehouse, sometimes a hotel, a development in progress, and something being bought this year.
Chart-based Vedic Vastu across all of it can sit inside a retainer — read against the charts of the people who actually use each space, with new acquisitions assessed as you buy them rather than years after you regret it.
For property-heavy families this alone often justifies the arrangement.
This is not for everyone
If you need one question answered once, take a consultation. It will serve you better and cost you a fraction as much.
A retainer is for people carrying decisions continuously — a group under pressure, a succession in motion, capital moving across borders, or a year in which too much is happening at once.
It also assumes you want the uncomfortable answer early rather than the comfortable one late. That is how this practice works, and on a retainer you will hear it often.
Start with a consultation
Nobody takes a retainer here without having sat with me first.
This is a rule, not a preference, and it is in your interest more than mine. You cannot judge what a year of this is worth until you have had one session and seen how the work is actually done. Neither can I judge what your scope should be until I have read your chart properly.
So the order is always the same. Take a consultation. Then, if it makes sense to both of us, we discuss a retainer.
That is also why there is no price on this page. A figure quoted before I understand what you are carrying would be a number invented to sound right.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is not a feature of this arrangement. It is how every consultation in this practice has always worked.
No names. No photos. No client list. Nothing is recorded unless you ask for it. Most of the largest engagements here are not publicly known to exist, which is the point.
Scope, then price
Scope is agreed before any figure is discussed.
What moves it: how many people are covered, how many entities and across how many jurisdictions, how many properties and whether acquisitions are included, whether remedies are performed for you or prescribed, whether travel and attendance in person form part of the mandate, and how much of the year is reserved for you.
Two arrangements are rarely alike, which is why there is no price list.
Enquiring
Tell us what you are carrying and what a year looks like for you.
If you have not yet had a consultation, say so — that is where it begins.
Enquiries from an EA, family office or chief of staff are welcome and usual.
