Choosing a consultation
Non-retainer clients take one session per year. That policy exists to protect the depth of each reading.
If your decisions arrive weekly rather than annually, the [retainer] is the better arrangement.
If a decision is live now and cannot wait, take the Urgent session.
If you have something significant coming in the next few months, Priority.
If you want a considered look at the year ahead and nothing is pressing, Planned is right, and you will save by planning ahead.
If you are unsure, tell the desk what you are carrying and roughly when you need it. You will be pointed to the right one, including the cheaper one where that is the honest answer.
Primarily the waiting period.
The reading itself is the same in all three. The same preparation, the same depth, the same rectification work. What changes is how soon you sit down.
You are not paying more for a better reading. You are paying more to be seen sooner.
Urgent — for something that cannot wait. Zoom or in person.
Priority — the one most clients take.
Planned — for a decision that is not time-bound.
Full details and current fees are on the [consultations page].
After the session
For a clarification on something covered in the session, message the desk.
For a new question or a new decision, that is a new session — or, if questions arrive regularly, the [retainer] is the arrangement built for it.
Your rectified birth time, and any mantras with their audio recordings.
The reading itself is not issued as a written report — at this level most clients specifically prefer that no document exists.
Before your session
Several hours, and on the Urgent and Priority sessions it can be considerably more.
The rectification, the divisional charts, the daśā work for your specific questions, and — where a decision involves a country, a partner or a deal — the charts of those as well.
That is deliberate. It means the session opens with an answer rather than with data collection.
They are how the birth time is verified. A rectified time has to match a life that has already happened — otherwise it is a guess, and everything built on it inherits the error.
Yes. This is one of the more common situations, and it is not an obstacle.
Give whatever you have — an approximate time, a range, or simply say that it is unknown. That is what the dated life events are for. Your birth time is rectified and cross-checked against the divisional charts before the session, and confirmed with you inside it against events you have already lived through.
Almost everyone who arrives with a time from a hospital record or a parent's memory is wrong by minutes. Minutes change everything, which is why this is done first rather than assumed.
Date of birth, place of birth, and time of birth as accurately as you have it.
A handful of dated life events — marriage, a job change, a move abroad, a loss, a major gain, an illness. 3 events is good enough
And the questions you actually want answered. Bring the real ones and related to YOU
1. You receive a link to the consultation form.
2. You complete it — birth details, a few dated life events, and the questions you want covered.
3. Preparation begins on your chart at the desk and with Kaartik.
4. Your exact slot is agreed with you.
5. You receive the Zoom link or personal meeting time and location, and the session happens.
Booking and payment
Yes, you can in case of an emergency, at least 24 hours before your session, and a new slot will be assigned.
You will be offered two or three options and you choose. If none work, say so and the desk will find another.
The office will tell you roughly which week your session falls in before you pay, so you are never committing blind.
The exact date and time are agreed with you afterwards — and agreed with you, not assigned to you.
Because payment does not reserve a slot. It starts the work.
Once you have paid, your form goes to the desk and preparation on your chart begins — the rectification, the divisional charts, the questions you have submitted. That is several hours of work happening before we meet, and it is the reason the session itself can go straight to substance.
There is also a practical reason. Holding unpaid dates means holding slots for people who do not arrive, and the people who do arrive then wait longer.
During the session
Yes, if you want them there. Say so beforehand so their chart can be prepared too, where that is relevant.
Available on request for the Priority and Planned sessions. Urgent sessions and in-person meetings are not recorded.
Most clients decline the recording, and that choice is always yours.
Then your questions have been answered.
A session is scoped by what you bring, not by a stopwatch. The duration listed is the space reserved for you — some sessions use all of it, some do not, and what decides that is how many questions you have and how complex they are, not a target anyone is trying to hit.
You are not buying minutes. You are buying an answer, and most of the work that produces it happened before we met.
Yes. Nothing is off the table, and nothing you raise will be treated as trivial or as beneath asking.
The first fifteen to twenty minutes are mine.
I confirm your rectified birth time with you, out loud, before anything is built on it. Then I tell you what the chart says about why you were born — the debit note you have come to settle, and the traveller's cheque already earned and waiting to be encashed.
Most people have never been told either, and it reframes everything that follows.
After that, the time is yours. Marriage, business, money, career, health, property, litigation, children, spirituality. Bring what matters.
Remedies
Whatever the chart actually calls for. Mantras, with audio recordings so the pronunciation is exact. Gemstones and rudrākṣa where indicated. Chart-based Vedic Vastu adjustments. Muhūrta for a decision you are about to take.
Never a list handed over because it is traditional.
No.
Remedies are matched to a named planet and a named problem, or they are not prescribed. Where a stone is genuinely indicated you will be told which, why, and what it is meant to shift — and you are free to source it wherever you like.
A warning here is never a route to a sale.
Yes, always.
There is no point identifying a problem and not sharing the solution. A reading that names what is wrong and stops there has done half a job.
Time zones
No.
You will be given two or three slot options that work in your time zone, and you choose from them. Nobody is expected to sit for a serious conversation about their life at four in the morning.
If you are in a difficult time zone, say so when you book and the desk will plan around it.
No. Clients are spread across more than thirty countries, and scheduling across time zones is routine here rather than an exception.

You paid me with your time.

Thank you. I hope it was worth the time.
